Due to our discounted pricing and preorder business model, PlanItSmart Transfers does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind or ordering mistakes.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

PlanItSmart Transfers does not automatically refund or replace packages reported lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during shipping. Claims will be reviewed individually, subject to applicable law.

Preorder Terms

All orders are preorders and are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks after purchase. Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
